Acceptable uses of the list serve are:

-sailors, parents and coaches contacting others to see who will be attending opti events,
-coordination of away regatta logistics,
-Coaches letting list members know when and where coaching is available,
-Jr. Program directors letting the list know relevant details about upcoming clinics, and classes,
-marine industry specific retailers letting the list know about special offers on sailing specific items used by optimist sailors and parents.
-If you have opti sailing gear you would like to sell, announce it here first, then put it on the gear exchange for others to see.

The list serve is not maintained or supported by any specific Yacht Club, but is intended to be used by every Yacht Club as a means of communicating relevant messages to list members.
